A Weekend’s Worth of Wisdom
Life lessons learned this weekend:
1) Writing slouched on a couch for, like, ten hours (plus or minus lap cats) will undo the ergonomic benefits of a fancy sit-stand desk and anti-fatigue mat at work
2) There is no non-Murphy’s Law time to have plumbing problems 💩
3) Doing an episode’s worth of body weight exercises will make you feel a bit better about skipping your run to binge The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, but it will also leave you with a glute-deep knowledge of how much more often you should do body weight exercises
